Product Manager_ USSD at PalmPay

The ideal candidate will develop key retail growth strategies, tactics, and action plans and successfully execute them within agreed timelines to meet relevant KPIs and financial targets.

Product Manager_ USSD Responsibilities:

• Develop sound business cases for new and existing Data Services products and/or features
• Develop USSD product vision and strategy, working closely with the R and D team and other stakeholders • Create the product roadmap, and key milestones and achieve buy-in among key stakeholders
• Design and document product process flows, clear user stories working closely with R and D team
• Define and monitor product performance metrics throughout the product lifecycle; analyze and interpret product data and formulate necessary proactive adaptation strategies.
• Ensure quality product documentation (Product Books, Product Requirement Documents, User guides, manuals, sales collaterals, etc.).
• Work closely with Marketing to launch new products and/or new product features when required
• Work closely with the Customer Support and Marketing teams to draft and send out communique to Partners and Customers as required.
• Regularly research, analyze, and interpret competitor trends and performance/data.
• Timely resolution of reported customer issues related to the USSD products/features and customer feedback assessments.
• Manage growth and optimization of USSD customers by driving awareness and stickiness in line with business objectives.
• Work with different business teams to Grow revenue across USSD product lines

Product Manager_ USSD Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in USSD management.
