The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
This role requires a blend of technical and business acumen to drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct market research, user interviews, and usability studies to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and iterate on strategies to achieve business goals.
Champion the product internally and externally, providing product demonstrations, presentations, and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of releases.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent experience would be considered a plus.
Proven experience of 2+ years as a Product Manager or similar role in the tech industry, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in Agile project management technologies such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, and Confluence, as well as collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Familiarity with product roadmapping tools like Aha! and ProductPlan, and version control platforms like GitHub and GitLab.
