This role is designed for a self-directed product manager who can independently drive product discovery, documentation, delivery coordination, and post-launch optimisation across multiple products, while partnering closely with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Sales& Marketing, and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will operate with minimal supervision, taking ownership of clearly defined product areas and initiatives, while maintaining disciplined communication and reporting standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Discovery
- Own assigned product areas across Sproxil’s portfolio.
- Translate business goals, regulatory constraints, and market realities into clear product problem statements and opportunity assessments.
- Lead structured product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, internal workshops, customer insights analysis, and hypothesis validation.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at driving adoption, engagement, and transaction volume, particularly within regulated markets.
Product Documentation & Requirements
Produce and maintain high-quality product documentation, including:
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Functional and non-functional requirements
- Release notes and versioning artefacts
- Ensure documentation meets global best-practice standards and can be consumed seamlessly by Engineering, QA, Sales, and Operations.
- Maintain clarity on scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner closely with Engineering teams to drive delivery from concept through to release.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product positioning, enablement materials, and go-to-market readiness.
Launch, Adoption & Optimisation
- Support structured product launches, including internal readiness and external rollout coordination.
- Define and track success metrics (usage, conversion, engagement, operational efficiency).
- Analyse post-launch performance and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements.
- Identify and propose enhancements that unlock incremental value for customers and commercial stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Act as a reliable point of contact for assigned product initiatives.
- Provide concise, insight-driven updates via agreed reporting cadence (weekly status, monthly outcomes).
- Proactively flag risks, trade-offs, and decision points, offering clear recommendations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience working on multi-stakeholder, cross-functional products, preferably within B2B, platform, SaaS, or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with limited oversight.
