    Product Manager

    The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a clear product strategy and vision that aligns with the Company's overall goals and objectives
    • Identify and prioritize product opportunities and gaps through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback;
    • Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and timelines to drive product development and profitability
    • Work closely with the engineering team to define and prioritize product requirements, features, and enhancements;
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences;
    • Conduct thorough product testing and validation to ensure product quality, usability, and scalability;
    • Monitor product performance and key metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
    • Lead and manage our cross-functional engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment;
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery;
    • Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in computer science, ICE or in related fields from a reputable university.
    • Must have experience in E-commerce with at least 5 years experience from a reputable company.
    • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
    • Experience with technology and software products.
    • Ability to think critically and creatively.
    • Proficiency in collaboration, teamwork, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling messages and presentations.
    • Adaptable and flexible
