We are looking for Product Managers responsible for the Product ownership and management for our upcoming EdTech platform, own content based applications and the overall management of customer sales, onboarding and post onboarding support processes.

The Product Manager is responsible for the Core platform planning with the technology team and management, own products planning and execution throughout the Product Life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

It will involve thorough market/customer research, creating product briefs including the user journey, developing curriculum with SMEs for OWN applications, training sales teams and finally launching the platform and products.

Once various components are launched you will periodically review the performance and take corrective actions to make the components stronger.

Job Responsibilities/Roles 

• Define the product strategy and roadmap within each product verticals
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches
• Enhancing the state of existing products in a specific category / vertical
• Support sales and distribution teams to meet product revenue targets
• Staying abreast with competition, their offerings, and their product pricing
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product vertical
• Work with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Liaison with external SMEs and internal content teams to ensure fulfilment.
• Deepen relations with product partners and key stakeholders

Skills :

• 5+ years of experience with majority experience in a Product Development role / Exceptional visionary attitude and approach to problems solving of issues in conventional education delivery with lesser experience also will be considered
• Demonstrated knowledge of product management, marketing and sales principles
• Project management know-how with timeline centricity
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent communication skills to handle negotiations with stakeholders
