We’re hiring a mid-level Product Manager to own and grow key parts of our on-/off-ramp, payments, and card-based products. This role combines expertise in crypto ecosystems, payments flows, and card-issuing infrastructure to deliver seamless, reliable financial experiences across Africa and emerging markets.
Job Expectations
Define and execute product roadmaps for on-ramp/off-ramp flows, payment rails, and card-based features.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, ops, marketing) to deliver new features and improvements.
Work directly with liquidity providers, crypto exchanges, wallets, card issuers, processors, FX providers, and regulators.
Write clear product requirements, maintain backlogs, and drive prioritization and trade-off decisions.
Set up and interpret product analytics (Mixpanel, GA, Appsflyer) to inform decisions.
Design and run A/B tests and growth/retention initiatives for our financial products.
Ensure reliability, trust, and compliance are built into every feature release.
Critical Competencies
3–5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in fintech, payments, crypto, or card-issuing environments.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems (on/off-ramps, liquidity providers, exchanges, wallets).
Deep knowledge of payments, mobile money, and P2P remittance flows in African or other emerging markets.
Familiarity with charge/prepaid card ecosystems, BIN sponsorship, Visa/Mastercard rules, and card issuing APIs.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party partners (crypto providers, payment processors, card issuers, regulators).
Skilled in documenting requirements, grooming backlogs, and leveraging analytics tools for decision-making.
Clear communicator with strong prioritization, trade-off, and stakeholder-management skills.
