We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager / Business Analyst with 8–12+ years of
professional experience in product management, business analysis, or solution delivery, preferably within taxation, government, or financial compliance systems.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the
technical team, ensuring requirements are clearly captured, prioritized, and translatedintohigh-quality solutions.
This is a contract-based role (6 months, renewable), requiring strongleadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
Translate complex taxation and financial workflows into functional and technical specifications.
Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release planning in collaborationwith leadership.
Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment ondeliverables.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Support QA teams in developing acceptance criteria and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor progress and performance, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in taxation, financial reporting, andsystem integrations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. 8–12+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or solution delivery.
Strong background in taxation, revenue systems, or financial compliance platforms.
Proven ability to create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with backlog management and sprint planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or equivalent.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on taxation or government transformation projects. Knowledge of international e-taxation standards (HMRC MTD, IRS MeF, GSTN, etc.). Familiarity with financial systems integrations, APIs, and workflows.
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills. PMP, CBAP, or Agile certifications are an added advantage
