Senior Manager, Product and Platforms Programme at TeKnowledge

Overview

• We're seeking a Senior Manager for Product and Platforms Programmes to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, manages risks, and drives stakeholder engagement across multiple projects within the fintech ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate has extensive program management experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of technology delivery, including APIs, microservices, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple interrelated projects under a unified program strategy.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
• Coordinate across project managers, product owners, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and delivery standards.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across delivery teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies where applicable.

Qualifications
Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred.

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or fintech environment.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stream programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
