Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Writing detailed reports.
• Researching current developments in business, finance and insurance.
• Building and maintain working relationships with companies.
• Visiting with a range of clients and working environments.
• Helping with marketing programs.
• Monitor all policies and assist to make all required changes to same and ensure achievement of all sales objectives.
• Provide required assistance to all inbound call center and resolve all customer queries for product coverage and policies.
• Prepare and present quotes for various customers regarding products and administer all general liability claims.
• Monitor all renewal processes in compliance to travel accident policies and prepare reports for all liability claims.
• Coordinate with automobile claim administrator to manage all customer calls and process claims and prepare all claim reports on third party claim management system.
• Develop all documents for policy and contract files and provide technical support to all department procedures.
• Assist to resolve all insurance claims within required timeframe and corporate compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update integrated system technologies for all billing process.
• Ensure adherence to all customer service standards and ensure implementation of safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• An Associate member of the Chartered Insurance institute of Nigeria with 5 years’ experience or A non-associate member with at least 8 years’ experience in the Technical Department of an Insurance institution.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to travel as needed.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
