Procurement Officer at Systems Intelligenz

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and procurement of goods, works, and services per good procurement practices and procedures and guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate documentation systems and ensuring that all procurement of goods are managed, tracked, and recorded in collaboration with relevant staff.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, supplier quality assessments, delivery times, product ranges, etc., and maintaining suppliers’ database with catalogs of various products and prices.
• Consolidating procurement plans for the purchases of equipment, services, and supplies for the office and projects and monitoring the procurement process.

Qualification and Specification

• HND/BSc. in business, engineering, supply chain management, or finance degrees
• 4 years experience gained in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Having an engineering background is an added advantage.
• Contract negotiation, Inventory management
• Ability to use Inventory Management Software
• Experience with Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearing
