Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to support the purchasing function by sourcing goods, processing purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to supporting efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documents.
• Maintain supplier and vendor records.
• Track orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Compare quotations and support vendor selection processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or a related qualification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous procurement, administrative, or inventory experience is an advantage.
