Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Direct the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems, including LV/HV distribution, lighting, and power systems.
• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, including planning, resource forecasting, and delivering results within, schedule, and budget.
• Design & Engineering: Create, review, and approve technical specifications, load lists, and detailed calculations (e.g., using ETAP/SKM/PSCAD).
• Mentorship: Mentor and supervise junior/mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and integrate systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Extensive, demonstrated experience in electrical engineering, including, leadership roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is often required or preferred.
