Role Overview

• The Premium Banking Officer will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s premium client segment.
• The role focuses on providing tailored financial solutions, ensuring excellent relationship management, and driving customer acquisition and retention within the premium banking space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and premium customers.
• Provide personalized financial advisory and investment solutions tailored to client needs.
• Drive acquisition of new premium clients through networking, referrals, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management.
• Proven experience managing high-net-worth or premium clients is highly desirable.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and provide tailored advice.
