Power Plant Supervisor at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Purpose

• We are seeking an experienced Power Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of our power plant facility.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on maintenance expertise, and proven leadership skills in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily power generation and utilization reports.
• Supervise and manage shift manpower effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee daily shift operations of the power plant.
• Monitor and maintain LT & HT water circuits of engines.
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Wartsila gas engines.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance (1k, 2k & 4k hours) on engines.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance during maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Power Plant within an FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in engine maintenance, particularly Wartsila gas engines.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N300,000 / Month (Depends on experience)
