Job Description

• The dispatch rider shall primarily be responsible for the efficiency of POS terminals deployed at assigned
• merchant locations
• Responsible for installing and setting up POS at merchant locations.
• Responsible for first-hand servicing and repair of the terminals when needed.
• Responsible for the deployment of terminals at merchant locations.
• Responsible for upgrade (as applicable) of terminals at merchant locations.
• Responsible for training merchants upon deployment of terminals.
• Ensure daily and periodic reporting of assigned merchants’ activities.
• Responsible for the safe-keeping of all company equipment in his/her possession.
• To carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor, HOD, and other superiors.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Ensure prompt resolution of merchant issues relating to POS terminals.
• A number of merchants attended to as against a number of merchants instructed by Supervisor.

Requirements

• NCE in a Numerical or Social Science course.
• A rider licence in the operating state
• Hands-on experience in dispatch work.
• 0-2 years experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ride a bike.
