    POS Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Receive customers requests in a professional and courteous manner
    • Process assigned customer requests e.g withdrawals, bill payments (recharge card, data, electricity and TV subscription) per the Bank’s procedure and timelines.
    • Attend to customers’ inquiries and complaints, resolve issues or direct them to the manager
    • Agents are also required to be on time and available for business as early as 7.00 a.m
    • Promote the company’s image and brand to internal and external customers.
    • Must be a reliable, hardworking, honest individual and a person with good character
    • Discipline in handling money.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND / NCE / SSCE / FSLC qualification
    • 2 - 7 years of work experience.
