Pool Technician at Vantegral Consulting

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of various swimming pools, ensuring they are safe, clean, and in optimal working condition for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
• Monitor and balance pool water chemistry by testing and adjusting chemical levels (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.).
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators.
•  Conduct equipment installations and upgrades as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including chemical usage and equipment repairs.
•  Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Educate clients on proper pool care and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and a professional appearance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pool Technician or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with automated pool systems.
• Knowledge of local health and safety codes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of pool equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
