Responsibilities

We seek a Plumber who can deliver on the following:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
• Perform inspections to identify plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other professionals on construction projects to ensure plumbing systems meet specifications and regulations.
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and building codes to plan and execute plumbing installations and repairs.
• Estimate materials and labour costs for plumbing projects and provide accurate quotations to clients.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, such as wrenches, pipe cutters, and soldering torches, to complete plumbing tasks.
• Maintain and repair water heaters, pumps, valves, and other plumbing components.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and services provided.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and explaining plumbing procedures.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
