RESPONSIBILITIES
Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs by preparing product quotations from published price lists and product data sheets, or manufacturer’s software programs or previously developed standards.
Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Troubleshooting system errors.
Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.
Documenting development processes.
Providing clients with technical support.
