• Plant Supervisory of concrete in and of the plants.
• Overseeing the materials stock eg Aggregates,clCement Additives at the plant
• Assisting the Lab technician to check for moisture content before start up production 
• Ensuring the plant Operators understand the that every recipes or MixDesign it's varies for different concrete grades
• Ensuring useful and vital information to the management 
• Ensuring good worker ability of each concrete batch 
• Ensuring the mixer lorry driver's to always discharged or empty their mixer lorry before starts loading concrete
• Ensuring good delivery time on site
• Good communication skills among others 
• Ensuring good house keeping before,during and after daily tasks 
• Always understand HSE practices 
• Ensuring good PPE for every design work or tasks 
• Ensuring good production reports writing or daily basis 
• Always stop and asked questions to avoid errors and mistakes
• Ensuring good maintenance of plant plant to avoid unnecessary break down 
• Always ensure checklist is provided for daily routines check before start up tasks
• Ensure good quality concrete batched for all concrete design 
• Ensure quality measured at all tasks 
• Ensure good safety compliance 
• Make PPE MANDATORY not OPTIONAL 
• Casting of 3 LNG TANKS
• Casting of bolepile of 150m³ for each pile of 388points
• Casting of Jetty Slab with concrete volume 8000m³
• Casting concrete for drilling pile of 88mtrs with volume concrete of 100m³ each pile by 423 points
