• Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Physics Teacher to join its academic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics effectively at the secondary school level.
• Prepare engaging lesson plans, practical activities and assessments.
• Demonstrate Physics concepts using appropriate practical examples.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Assess students' performance and provide appropriate feedback.
• Maintain effective classroom discipline and learning standards.
• Participate in academic and extracurricular school activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Education/Physics or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience after NYSC.
• Strong knowledge of secondary school Physics.
• Good understanding of practical Physics and laboratory activities.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to make complex scientific concepts easy for students to understand.
• Responsible, dedicated and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must reside in Okota or its environs.
