Photo Studio Manager at 363 Photography

We are a young creative team of visual transformers housed in world-class photography studios across Lagos; passionate about capturing memories and telling captivating stories through high definition emotive images.

We are looking for dynamic and proficient Photo Studio Managers for our Studios in Surulere and Ajah, Lagos to join our growing team.

The Photo Studio Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of his/her Studio branch. This person will be tasked with the primary responsibility of analyzing and improving customer relationships and work to ensure quality delivery, productivity, and efficiency, and revenue growth.

Job functions include:

• Provide inspired leadership for the studio;
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
• Drive revenue generation;
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times;
• Supervise, mentor, train, and coach front office staff, delegate assignments to front office staff, photographers, and editors to ensure maximum productivity following company processes and policies.
• Ensure company assets are well inventoried and stored, maintained properly.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of BSc in any area of study but preferably Business Administration.
• At least 4 years of experience in management, leadership, business development capacities. A photography/creative arts background will be an added advantage.
