Pharmacist at Wellness Health Management Services

As the Pharmacist, you will ensure that the common goal of the Community Pharmacy is achieved by: 

• Preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient medication therapies, reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Completing pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians’ work flow; verifying their preparation and labelling of pharmaceuticals; verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
• Ensuring the smooth daily running of the outlet.
• Managing personnel, which includes the recruitment, fixing of duty shift, and training of personnel.
• Heading all administrative tasks and overseeing the administration of the outlet; ranging from the customer service to the outlet management.
• Igniting enthusiasm in workers by initiating special incentive for the best serving personnel at the outlet.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc. Pharmacy is required
• Current state license to practice pharmacy.
• Strong understanding of the major pharmaceutical computer software platforms.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Pharmacist.

• Have the ability to develop a constructive and collaborative working relationships with customers and building brand loyalty.
• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Communication - listens and communicates clearly, adapting delivery to the audience
