Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

• Drive the employer and family members to various destinations safely and on time.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks (oil, tires, lights, etc.) and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
• Monitor traffic reports and use GPS or navigation apps to plan efficient routes.
• Handle minor errands such as picking up packages, groceries, or dry cleaning.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle servicing, expenses, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty.
• Ensure the employer’s privacy and personal information are kept confidential at all times.
• Respond to last-minute requests or schedule changes with flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and driving regulations.
• Coordinate with household staff or assistants for schedule updates and logistical needs.
• Provide assistance during trips, including airport pickups/drop-offs and long-distance travel if required.

Requirement

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•  At least 5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
•  Familiarity with local routes, traffic conditions, and GPS navigation.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to handle minor vehicle issues.
