Summary

• We are seeking a dependable, highly professional Personal Driver with 2 – 5 years of experience to provide safe, discreet, and courteous transportation for a private client.
• The ideal candidate demonstrates impeccable time management, discretion, exemplary driving skills, and a focus on client comfort and privacy.
• This role may involve daily commutes, errands, appointments, and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the client’s vehicle (or provided company vehicle) for daily commuting, appointments, errands, and special trips.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS, considering traffic, weather, and client preferences; provide ETA updates as required.
• Perform routine vehicle care: maintain cleanliness, monitor fuel, ensure fluids are at proper levels, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Conduct light vehicle checks before and after trips; coordinate maintenance or service as needed.
• Assist the client with onboarding and alighting, luggage handling, and securing belongings; be mindful of privacy and personal space.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion regarding client matters.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and any client-specific policies; immediately report accidents or incidents.
• Manage client calendar-related transportation needs, including confirmations and last-minute changes when possible.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and any expenses; provide receipts if required.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, (courteous, discreet, and well-groomed) appearance and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 – 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or in a personal-brief setting.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record; any relevant endorsements or licenses for the vehicle type as applicable.
• Strong knowledge of defensive driving, situational awareness, and basic emergency procedures.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven ability to maintain privacy and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with GPS/navigation apps, familiarity with vehicle technology, and ability to manage basic in-car amenities to ensure client comfort.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with luggage or bags as needed; comfortable driving for extended periods.
• Punctuality, excellent communication, dependability, discretion, adaptability, and a client-service oriented mindset.
