    Personal Assistant to the President

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Male Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the President of our esteemed institution.
    • We are looking for a married male candidate who possesses exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a commitment to excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Efficiently manage the President's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring prompt responses.
    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and meetings.
    • Undertake research and provide information as needed.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to facilitate the President's duties.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in office software and technology.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
    • A commitment to our institution's mission and values.
