Personal Assistant to the MD/CEO at Huiospay

• We're looking for an organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support our MD/CEO. In this role, you'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential communications, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD/CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups.
• Handle confidential correspondence and communications.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
• Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Anticipate needs and proactively support the MD/CEO in daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a first degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Fintech industry is a plus.
