Personal Assistant at The Space

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a personal assistant with experience in social media content creation, photo and video editing, and photography. This role is for individuals with creative minds, who are looking to create in-depth and high-quality content in these areas.

The ideal candidate will be managing a client with a strong social media presence, with over one million followers on Instagram and over fifty thousand followers on Twitter.

The successful candidate would be expected to:

• Effectively plan schedules and appointments. 

• Respond to Emails and Social media direct messages.

• Occasionally take pictures and videos of the client and come up with creative captions for them to be posted on the client’s social media accounts.

• Effectively manage client’s social media accounts in terms of engagements and traffic generation.

• Be sufficiently articulate.

• Be social media savvy.

Successful applicants in this role would typically have:

• Excellent content creation strategy

• An excellent eye for detail and discrepancies

• Experience working in photography, fashion, or content creation is an added bonus

• A creative mindset to identify interesting and in-depth ideas

• An interest in building the client’s public profile
