Our client in the supply chain sector is currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in Ado-Ekiti.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Managing Director's schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Assist with personal tasks and errands for the Managing Director as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations as requested by the Managing Director.
Coordinate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Manage expenses and prepare expense reports for the Managing Director.
Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
