    Personal Assistant

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO.  The candidate must have worked in a similar role directly with the CEO within the last 3 years. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both personal and professional responsibilities, including calendar management and event planning. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working flexible hours.

     KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and maintain the CEO’s professional and personal calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
    • Plan and coordinate both personal and office events end-to-end.
    • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO.
    • Monitor and follow up on key tasks and deadlines.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
    • Assist with personal errands, scheduling, and other duties as needed.
    • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared and briefed for all engagements.
    • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
    • Be available outside of standard hours when necessary.
    • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners for both corporate and personal matters.

    QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE

    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
    • Must have worked directly with a CEO within the last 3 years.
    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (required).
    • Additional qualification or certification is an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage both office and personal schedules and events.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
    • Ability to work independently.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion
    • Willingness to work flexible hours.
