    Personal Assistant

    A versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required

    Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming calls and other communications.
    • Handle client reception as needed.
    • Manage filing system.
    • Take minutes of meetings for the team.
    • Draft letters and other documents as needed.
    • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
    • Accompany the MD to meetings as needed.
    • Organize travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as required.
    • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
    • Perform other administrative support tasks, including proofreading files, conducting research, and running errands for the company.
    • Maintain office equipment as needed.
    • Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • BSC/HND in Social Sciences or any related field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant
    • Communication; expresses ideas clearly and concisely (written and orally)
    • Proficient in ms office and google suite
