In this role, you will support our Creative Director and coordinate cross-functional activities.
This role is crucial to ensuring smooth daily operations, creative task management, and effective communication between internal teams and external clients.
You will also be responsible for creating high-quality content that reflects our fashion brand’s vision—especially as it relates to children’s fashion—across social media and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Creative Director’s schedule, appointments, travel, and communications.
Serve as the first point of contact for VIP customers (especially parents), handle queries, and coordinate fittings/feedback.
Assist in organizing production timelines, sample reviews, fittings (especially for children), and follow-up on deadlines.
Handle phone calls, emails, and social media messages professionally and promptly.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries, especially delicate or time-sensitive children’s outfits.
Support in mood board preparation, photoshoots (especially with children), event planning, and sample tagging.
Create a child-friendly environment during fittings, shoots, and showroom visits.
Run errands such as material sourcing, item pickups, or vendor follow-ups.
Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to promote new collections, behind-the-scenes processes, and special events.
Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots, including styling, shot lists, and post-production follow-ups.
Generate creative ideas for campaigns in collaboration with the Creative Director and design team.
Edit and publish content using basic tools or mobile apps to ensure brand-aligned aesthetics.
Track social media trends and suggest relevant, timely content to boost engagement and reach.
Maintain a consistent and vibrant digital presence for the brand, especially focusing on storytelling and showcasing the brand’s child-centric appeal.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Admin, Fashion, Communications, or related fields.
1 - 3 years experience in a personal assistant, admin, or customer-facing role (fashion or child-centered environments preferred).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
Comfortable around children and able to relate to parents respectfully and professionally.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to adapt to a fast-paced creative work environment.
A passion for fashion (especially children’s wear) is a strong advantage.
