Job Description

• A Personal Assistant for a fashion house would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the fashion house.
• This would include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing events, and communicating with clients.
• They would also manage the fashion house’s social media accounts and assist with marketing and branding efforts.
• Additionally, they would manage the fashion house’s inventory and order supplies as needed. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and organizational skills and experience in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Organizing events and conferences.
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Collating and filing expenses.
• Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
• Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in social media management.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
