    Personal Assistant

    Job Summary

    • Manage and maintain the Managing Director's, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
    • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirectas appropriate.
    • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries).
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
    • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
    • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
    • Assist with basic administrative and office management tasks.
    • Run personal errands and provide ad-hoc support when needed.

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem-solving and proactive thinking
    • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
    • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an added advantage
    • Due to the nature of this role and specific operational requirements, preference may be given to male candidates.
