Performance Marketing Manager at Sabi Library

You'll be

• Planning, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and TikTok
• Developing strategies to increase customer acquisition, sales and revenue through paid advertising
• Managing advertising budgets and optimising campaigns for maximum return on ad spend
• Conducting audience research, targeting and retargeting
• Testing different creatives, audiences, offers and messaging to improve performance
• Monitoring campaign performance, conversions, cost per acquisition and revenue
• Setting up and monitoring tracking, pixels, analytics and conversion events
• Working with the content and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Continuously analysing data and scaling campaigns that produce profitable results.

Must have:

• Proven experience running profitable paid advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion and customer acquisition
• Excellent analytical and data-driven thinking
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets
• Ability to test, optimise and scale campaigns
• Proven track record of generating measurable revenue through paid advertising.
