Performance Marketer at Compugeen

Job Summary

• We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our marketing team.
• In this role, you will drive the growth of our customer base, revenue, and profitability through strategic marketing initiatives.
• You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for better results.
• Conduct testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Manage and optimize budgets for performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and incorporate best practices.
• Use analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Competencies:

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
