Develop a complete performance management system to measure the performance of each department and key staff
Work with relevant parties to provide measurement standards, targets and KPIs to the management team, including both financial and non-financial KPIs. Financial will focus on revenue, cost and profit while non-financial will focus on quality, timeliness, customer service, queue management, etc
Review, monitor and analyze performance results and report them accordingly
Research, plan, organize, and conduct performance management programs for various levels of staff
Document performance management programs; review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes
Contribute to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures
Works closely with the Training Manager and Operation team to identify training needs and areas for improvement
Work with Business Unit/Departmental heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial KPIs: cost, revenue and profit
Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives
Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
Performs other related duties assigned by the Management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CFA
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Previous performance management experience is desirable
A high degree of computer literacy and ability to generate and analyze various performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools
Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
Highly organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
