Performance Management Specialist at IpNX Nigeria Limited

Purpose

• Develop and execute programs to evaluate, measure, and enhance employee performance.

Deliverables:

• Monitor performance
• Develop & implement company-wide performance appraisal programs
• Provide advice to management and employees
• Ensure effective use of performance measures
• Identify and manage risks, effect organizational change
• Measure performance against company-defined competences
• Oversee development of agency core competencies, values, & key performance measures
• Analyze & report measurement results
• Conduct presentations & training on performance appraisal system
• Assess employee skills, develop improvement plans
• Conduct succession planning assessments
• Recommend change management initiatives.

Requirements / Key Competencies

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in performance management
• Knowledge of employment laws, best practices in performance management
• HR management principles, workforce planning, strategic planning
• Effective communication skills
• Project management skills, critical thinking, work simplification methods
• Customer focus, tech-savvy, action-oriented, results-driven, innovative
• Ability to optimize work processes, resilience, self-development, nimble learning
