    People Operations Manager

    Role Overview:

    The People Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and driving initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our people strategies align with our business goals, and you’ll implement systems and processes to support our company’s continued growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • HR Operations Management:
      • Manage day-to-day people operations functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee records management.
      • Oversee HR systems and tools to maintain accurate employee data, improve efficiency, and drive data-informed decision-making.
      • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, and manage necessary reporting and documentation.
    • Employee Lifecycle Management:
      • Lead and optimize the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring an exceptional employee experience at every touchpoint.
      • Partner with hiring managers to attract, interview, and select top talent for the organization, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
      • Develop and maintain an employee onboarding process that helps new hires integrate successfully and feel welcomed.
    • Performance and Engagement:
      • Collaborate with leadership and managers to implement employee engagement and retention programs, including performance management, feedback mechanisms, and recognition systems.
      • Analyze engagement surveys and feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Learning and Development:
      • Partner with leadership to identify talent development needs and provide solutions for employee growth and career progression.
      • Oversee the implementation of training programs, mentorship initiatives, and development plans that align with organizational goals.
    • Compliance and Reporting:
      • Ensure that HR practices comply with applicable laws and company policies.
      • Maintain and report key HR metrics (turnover, headcount, diversity, etc.) to the leadership team and use data to drive continuous improvement in people-related processes.
    • Culture and Well-Being:
      • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture that reflects company values.
      • Drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and mental health, helping create a supportive and motivating work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in people operations or HR management.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
    • Experience with HR software systems (HRIS, applicant tracking systems, performance management tools) is preferred.
