People Operations Lead
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 3 - 4 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies, processes, and systems within the business.
- Collaborate with line managers and HODs in decision making
- Proactively maintain and create new initiatives to improve employee productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a Human Resources or related field.
- 3 - 4 years relevant work experience.
- Experience with HR management software is a plus.
- PHRi Certification.
