Payroll Executive at Perfetti Van Melle

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Accurate preparation and input of payroll variables into the payroll database (new joiners, leavers and adjustments per period
• Calculate and Administer employee pay, overtime, shift allowance, tax, pensions and other adjustments
• Liaise closely with the Finance department and ensure monthly reconciliation for budget purposes
• Responsible for and manage the Pension, NHF administration and reconciliation • Ensures data integrity and process simplification for payroll administration
• Monthly headcount reconciliation with respective HRBPs of various functions and business units
• Staff benefits administration and processing of invoices thereof
• Contributes to HR policy development, policy review and policy update
• Participates in projects relating to the development of the integrated payroll-HR database
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
• Prompt and timely preparation and processing of payroll
• Communicates Salary reviews, offer letters and terminal benefits through paper or electronic means • Regular update of employee data
