Continually develop strategies that will build customers’ loyalty in adopting the banks as the source of all their payment needs; while generating consistent value, volume and revenue growth significantly faster than market development.
Drive payments innovations through deep analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies and business model revolution.
Define and analyze new payments focused product opportunities: lead market research, outline requirements, develop product concepts, conduct competitive analysis and develop business case recommendations.
Disseminate information on all new payments guideline and ensure effective/efficient implementation of bank wide policies with respect to e-payment.
Interact with key customers to help determine appropriate payments features need that will enhance business value to customers and usage.
Conduct periodic review of Payment product while identifying areas of improvement and implementing the necessary changes.
Joint call with relationship managers in engaging customers for proper profiling, providing clarification on features and taking their feedback.
Track new product features usage traffic through data analysis, profitability and drive initiatives that reduce cost.
Serve as a primary point of contact to target companies and engaging at very senior levels by guiding executives for tactical execution of their payments.
Report and update Management on status, developments, impacts and required needs for performance enhancements.
Match customers’ needs with product capabilities through presentation of tailored demonstrations and proposals.
Attend to ad-hoc assignments as it may be required by the directorate
Requirements
Minimum education level - A good first degree in any discipline, a master’s degree will be an added advantage
A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in a bank / financial institution with the last six (6) in Transactions processing and Management.
