Job Summary

• We're seeking a skilled technical professional to provide expert support and technical assistance for our payment gateway and transaction processing services platform integration and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processing technologies, full stack software development expertise excellent, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• Integration: Integrate ALATPAY's API into various platforms (websites, mobile apps, etc.) using programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Payment Gateway Setup: Configure and customize ALATPAY's payment gateway to meet client requirements.
• API Documentation: Follow ALATPAY's API documentation to ensure accurate implementation.
• Testing and Debugging: Test and debug integrations to ensure smooth payment processing and error handling.
• Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards (PCI-DSS, etc.) to protect sensitive customer data.
• Troubleshoot payment processing errors and exceptions.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to clients.
