    Pastry Production Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct day – to – day shift (morning and night) transition operations of the factory
    • Effectively utilises resources to meet departmental goals and objectives
    • Responsible for supervising employee’s performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner
    • Responsible for management and coordination of daily mission objective execution
    • To motivate and support team members
    • To maintain order and discipline during shift hour
    • Keep an accurate log of attendance, results, and technical problems
    • To ensure that all production equipment and materials are used in an appropriate and careful manner during shift hour
    • Meet customers' and distributors' expectation of sales and customer care
    • Ensure the cleanliness of the factory and compliance to the hygiene standards of the government and company as it relates to mixing, baking, factory premises, and staff appearance
    • Comply with government and company regulations/policies on environmental, health, and safety
    • Communicate plant work rules, good production practices, house rules, and safety policies and ensure consistent uniform enforcement and personal safety equipment enforcement
    • Provide suggestions on cost savings, process, and product quality improvement.
    • Coach employees to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations. 
    • Assist the Production Manager in meeting set monthly targets; Turnover, Gross Profits, and EBIDTA
    • Completes the SIC reports during shift hour and forwards to The Production Manager
    • Adequately manage the assets of the company and ensure there is no wilful damage
    • Keep an accurate inventory of stocks used during shift hour and value and ensure effective stock – in and stock – out procedures
    • Delegate and Train employees adequately
    • Provide input to decision-making process and assist with facilitating change
