Job description

• Support the Partnerships Lead in developing and executing the partnership strategy.
• Identify potential partners and evaluate opportunities aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Manage day-to-day communication and engagement with partners to foster strong, long-term relationships.
• Coordinate partnership activities, events, and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
• Track, monitor, and report on partnership performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, operations, legal, etc.) to support partnership initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, contacts, and engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE /SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in related role

• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Experience in the use of Microsoft packages particularly PowerPoint
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at different levels.
• BA/BSc in Marketing, Communication or similar field
