Partner Operations Analyst at Inq

Principal Accountabilities/Objectives:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on partner performance and SLAs.
• Support the Partner Service Operations Lead and the Partner Commercial &
• Performance Operatons Lead in tracking financial and operational KPIs across partner portfolios.
• Analyze incidents, trends, and cost deviations to recommend improvements.
• Support quarterly Partner Business Reviews with data insights.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting systems.
• Participate in automation projects and process documentation.
• Serves as operational backbone for partner services.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Report accuracy and timeliness >95%.
• Partner performance trend improvements.
• Efficiency of data analysis and
• automation initiatives >99%.
• Process compliance rate > 90%.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, or Power BI.

Skills & Competencies:

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Process documentation and reporting discipline.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of telecom or cloud operations.
