Outsourcing (HR) Manager at Coscharis Group

Responsibilities

1.Contracts Management

• Renew labor employers license on due date.
• Keep contracts agreements and work with business development to ensure renewal of contracts as and when due,
• Have vast knowledge of the peculiarity of each outsource contracts for ease of management and error free operations.
• Keep records on each contract person on O/S contracts for Management follow-up when requires

2.Invoicing and Salaries

3.Leave Administration

4.Other benefits and Statutory obligations

5.Training, Communication and Social Connection

6.Recruitments management

Other Role:

• Ensure discipline and compliance by invoking disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
• Weekly outsource operations and monthly staff demography reporting
• Assist in appraisal tools mobilization
• Assist in staff training budgeting and implementation
• Assist in HSE implementation and compliance enforcement
• Any other tasks given by the Head - HR/Admin

Qualifications

• Good first degree, ACIPM Certified, 5years Cognate experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and Excellent communication skill (Oral/Writing)
