Job Summary

The Outlet Manager leads day-to-day operations, manages inventory, ensures compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and drives sales targets. This role requires strong leadership to recruit, train, and motivate team members while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, workflow, and floor efficiency during peak hours.
• Staff Leadership: Handle staff scheduling, performance assessments, training, and ongoing mentorship.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Financial & Sales Goals: Monitor budgets, track revenue and expense reports, and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Inventory & Quality Control: Manage stock levels, oversee purchasing procedures, and enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and safety policies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: First degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant management experience in retail, food and beverage, or quick-service operations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic financial or point-of-sale (POS) literacy
