Outlet Audit Officer at Jemimah Nigeria Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire an organized and detail-oriented Outlet Audit Officer to help manage our bookkeeping operations at our outlets. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of outlet inventory, finances, including payments, bookkeeping, auditing & account queries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
• Cross-check stock cards & waybills to ensure accuracy.
• Periodic Stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Manage stock resupplies and transfers.
• Periodical auditing to ensure correctness at all times.
• Conduct outlets auditory reviews and assessments.

Requirements and Skills

• OND/BSc/HND in any relevant field with at least one year working experience in auditing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competencies in data entry, analysis and adept computer skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
