Position Overview:

We are looking for an Outbound Call Specialist who will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective businesses, generating leads, booking qualified appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients daily.
• Introduce the company’s services in a clear, friendly, and persuasive manner.
• Generate leads and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on previous contacts and maintain detailed call logs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls and booked meetings.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluent English with clear and confident communication skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales calling preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling with a focus on results.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills to manage CRM systems and call logs.
